  • Uninstall spark

    A.Right click of Spark desktop icon to select “Property”;

    B.View the path of Spark from the popup page and open the folder according to the path;

    C.Find the “Uninstall” icon in the folder, and then uninstall Spark according to the guidance.

    A.Click “setting” in the upper right corner or “Menu” in the upper left corner;

    C.Find the Appearance option in the setting menu;

    D.Click Change;

  • Abnormal display

    If there is abnormal display on your screen,

    Please confirm that your extensions is safe. If you are not sure about the safety of the extensions, please delete them by following steps:

    A.Click “setting” in the upper right corner or “Menu” in the upper left corner;

    B.Click “Extension”;

    C.Click to delete the ICON ;

    D.Restart the Spark.

  • Sound control setting

    A.Please check the Volume Control to make sure that the audio function is available/normal ;

    C.Confirm that “Mute all tabs” is enabled.

    B.Open another website by Spark or other browser;

  • Web page translation

    A.Confirm that you already chosen the language you need when install Spark;

    B.Spark will show a floating toolbar to prompt you to use the translation function and you can choose as you like;

    C.You can also use the “option” on the right side of the floating bar to set it.

  • How to add a bookmark

    A.Click the “star” icon in the upper right corner;

    B.Edit or rename the bookmark, then click “Done”;

    C.You can also use the shortcut key “Ctrl+D” to add bookmarks;

    D.If you want to display the bookmark on the bookmark bar which below the search bar, open the bookmark list by click “star” icon. Then click and hold the item you need and drag it to the bookmark bar.

  • How to set default search engine

    A.Click “setting” in the upper right corner or “Menu” in the upper left corner;

    B.Modify the default search engine in the “Search” item;

    C.You can also add your favorite ones by using the “manage search engines” option;

  • How do I delete a saved webpage password?

    A.Select “Settings” option;

    B.Click “advanced settings” and choose “clear browsing data” to clear your browsing data;

    C.Then click “content settings” and choose “keep local data” only until i quit my browser;

    D.Restart Spark browser.
